Nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas, often inhaled through balloons filled with canisters of the gas. A short-acting dissociative inhalant with strong visual, mental and auditory effects. Often used in combination with other drugs. Frequent consumption can lead to serious health complications such as vitamin B12 deficiency, axonal sensitorial-motor polyneuropathies and combined sclerosis of the cord.
